Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Transformation to join their North American team. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to improve company-wide execution, operational excellence, and scalable growth. The analyst will work with various teams like Product & Technology, Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, and People to define problems, gather requirements, and manage programs from start to finish. The ideal candidate should possess strong program management skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be adept at transforming complex problems into structured action plans.

What We're Looking For

Document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and synthesis of business, operational, and technical needs,Support multiple cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from intake and scoping through execution and post-launch review,Translate ambiguous problems into clear scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics,Build and maintain program plans, timelines, decision logs, and risk tracking to ensure initiatives stay on track,Proactively identify blockers, surface tradeoffs, and drive resolution across teams,Analyze existing workflows, tools, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and execution gaps,Design scalable, repeatable solutions that improve speed, clarity, and cross-team alignment,Create clear, structured documentation including process maps, requirements documents, SOPs, and enablement materials

Ideal Candidate

Experience owning and driving cross-functional initiatives or programs end-to-end,Strong ability to gather, document, and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholder groups,Demonstrated success analyzing processes and driving operational improvements
