This role involves acting as a Senior Advisor in U.S. Tax Operations within the Tax operations team, contributing to crucial decisions and collaborating across various departments. The position focuses on representing the sector in large-scale regulatory and technological projects, supporting business partners, optimizing processes, and providing expert advice on U.S. taxation.

What We're Looking For

Represent the sector in large-scale projects related to regulatory initiatives and technology integration.,Support business line partners and IT teams in making decisions and deliverables.,Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively plan deliverables.,Lead workshops with diverse stakeholders and leadership levels.,Model current and target processes based on the Bank's mapping practices.,Develop analysis methodologies and reliable performance and risk indicators.,Perform detailed, high-level impact analyses on all aspects of the process.,Apply best practices to identify and draft business requirements, understand links, and ensure traceability.,Define test scenarios and support users.,Propose change management strategies and contribute to coaching and planning.,Act as an expert on U.S. taxation for business lines and advise management on complex issues.,Lead Regulatory certification activities required by the IRS and support internal and external partners.,University degree in a related field and ten years or more of relevant experience.,Experience transforming end-to-end business processes in Operations.,Knowledge of improving and mapping business processes.,Experience with test scenarios and user support.,Excellent knowledge of management tools, including data presentation tools like Power BI.,Knowledge of investment products (securities).,Knowledge of Canadian or U.S. taxation.
