Senior Advisor, Portfolio Management & Strategic Planning

This role involves orchestrating the annual planning cycle and effectively managing the portfolio of strategic initiatives to maximize the value of investments within National Bank's Wealth Management business. The Senior Advisor will support senior management in decision-making and the execution of the business plan, contributing to the transformation of the Wealth Management sector.

What We're Looking For

Lead the annual planning cycle and ensure alignment between Wealth Management priorities, business line ambitions, and the Bank's vision.,Maintain an integrated and up-to-date view of the portfolio of strategic initiatives to guide investment decisions and maximize value creation.,Monitor portfolio performance, analyze trends, and make recommendations to optimize sequencing, prioritization, and resource allocation.,Support business lines and delivery teams in the exploration, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives, ensuring compliance with the execution cycle.,Lead complex analyses, challenge business cases, and recommend strategic orientations to support senior management and facilitate decision-making.,Produce and disseminate clear, visual, and compelling presentations and reports on portfolio health, progress of strategic priorities, and value delivery.,Contribute to the definition, standardization, and evolution of portfolio management processes and tools for the sector, and influence pan-bank practices.,Contribute to the development and monitoring of the sector's business plan performance.,Mobilize business lines and internal partners by building trusting relationships and facilitating a common understanding of issues, priorities, and objectives.,Be curious and stay informed of best practices, industry trends, and new developments (projects and technologies) to identify new opportunities for value creation.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the industry (Finance, Administration),8 to 10 years of relevant experience,Experience in project management and project portfolio management,Knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management sector and/or investment,AI mindset and knowledge of JIRA
