Description

The Senior Advisor OTC Regulatory Project role within the Capital Operations (CMO) team focuses on regulatory reporting of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. The position requires expertise in OTC products, understanding of regulatory requirements, and an interest in analyzing and implementing effective solutions to positively impact the organization.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate with key partners (Operations, IT, Compliance) to understand regulatory requirements and assess their impact on current solutions.,Contribute to the development of sustainable solutions for regulatory and operational challenges.,Document requirements and business rules, and work closely with internal and external development teams to update product mappings.,Execute tests to validate functionality, identify and report anomalies, and ensure quality through regression testing.,Act as an advisory resource for the operational team by sharing regulatory and product expertise.,Maintain complete and structured documentation on specifications, procedures, and follow-ups.,Attend and monitor industry calls (DTCC, ISDA, etc.) to stay informed about best practices and regulatory developments.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field.,Three to five years of experience in financial markets or in a similar role at a financial institution.,Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives (swaps, options, forwards, etc.).,Knowledge of applicable regulations for derivatives reporting (AMF, CFTC, SEC, etc.).,Proficiency with software such as JIRA, Murex, and Microsoft Excel.
