Description

This role involves playing a key part in the structured and consistent distribution of information to teams within the Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 sector at National Bank of Canada. The Senior Advisor will create clear, targeted communications to prepare the sales force, support strategic priorities, and enhance performance.

What We're Looking For

Develop and manage the sector's internal communications calendar.,Facilitate and manage the internal communications editorial committee.,Advise internal teams on optimal communication channels, formats, and timing.,Manage the sector's primary internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, Viva Engage, SharePoint, emails).,Ensure communication of sector projects, initiatives, and messages to internal Bank partners.,Draft key messages and strategic or operational content.,Highlight sector initiatives, achievements, and best practices.,Contribute to the organization of internal events (virtual or in person).,Help strengthen cohesion and a sense of belonging through structured communication initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field with 7 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.,Excellent communication and writing skills.,Strong team spirit, autonomy, and creativity.,Bilingualism (an asset).,In-depth knowledge of the financial industry and the Commercial Banking sector (an asset).
