Description

This role involves developing and managing the campus recruitment strategy for the Capital Markets sector, focusing on internship recruitment across Canada. The Senior Advisor will build relationships with educational institutions and students, analyze market trends, optimize recruitment efforts, and enhance the overall intern experience. They will also contribute to the evolution of campus recruitment practices and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, focusing on business development and long-term brand positioning.,Lead the national internship recruitment strategy for Capital Markets, aligned with business priorities.,Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and business needs to recommend innovative initiatives.,Track key performance indicators to optimize events, channels, and recruitment efforts; represent National Bank at university events.,Play a key role in the evolution of campus recruitment practices, including the development of tools and the enhancement of the end-to-end recruitment process.,Deliver a distinctive candidate experience, from job posting through offer acceptance.,Act as a coach and mentor to more junior team members.,Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.,Strong strategic mindset, attention to detail, proactivity, and high agility.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.,Experience in recruitment and partnership development is required.
