Senior Advisor Apple Infrastructure
Description
This role involves working as an an Apple Business Specialist within the IT team at National Bank, focusing on the management, automation, and security of the macOS/iOS ecosystem. The position contributes to the organization by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining and evolving Apple infrastructure environments, orchestrating deployments, managing ABM/DEP lifecycle, strengthening security postures, and diagnosing incidents.
What We're Looking For
Ensure operational excellence of the Apple ecosystem (macOS/iOS) by designing, maintaining and improving MDM configurations, compliance profiles and application catalogues.,Maintain and evolve Apple infrastructure environments (jamf, Intune) to support stability and performance of equipment.,Orchestrate package and script deployments, optimise zero-touch enrolment paths and improve IT onboarding processes.,Manage the ABM/DEP lifecycle, including token renewals, assignments and enrolment compliance.,Help strengthen the security posture of Apple workstations by integrating hardening policies and applying internal and external standards.,Diagnose incidents related to enrolment or signatures, analyse logs, propose corrections and document technical solutions.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree, university certificate or master's degree in a related field.,4 to 8 years of relevant experience.,Solid expertise in Apple enterprise environments (jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Device Enrollment, Packaging and Profiles).,Proficient Microsoft Intune/Entra ID for managing Apple devices.,Good understanding of SSO/SAML integrations and security controls related to workstations.
