Bachelor's degree in data management, analytics, computer science, statistics, or a relevant field with seven years of relevant experience.,OR Master's degree in a related field with five years of relevant experience.,Experience in dashboard and report design, including data modeling, source identification, and data transformation.,Experience in project delivery and the use of agile methodologies.,Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (operations, project, IT teams).,Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Power BI.,Strong interest in financial markets or knowledge of financial products and processes.
