Description
This role involves leveraging expertise in data valorization and operational transformation to advance the business strategy of Capital Markets and Wealth Management. The senior advisor will design and maintain dashboards and KPIs, translate business needs into clear indicators, and support managers in data interpretation for decision-making. Key responsibilities include identifying optimization opportunities through advanced analytics, analyzing end-to-end processes for automation or simplification, and leading business initiatives. The role also requires effective communication with IT and business stakeholders and acting as an influential leader in change management and solution adoption.
What We're Looking For
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPIs by translating business needs into clear indicators and support managers in data interpretation.,Influence decision-making through an integrated business–data–technology perspective, simplifying complex issues.,Identify optimization opportunities using advanced analytics (trends, root causes, scenarios) and analyze processes for automation, simplification, or optimization.,Measure and monitor the effectiveness of end-to-end processes and formulate high-impact recommendations to enhance client and employee experience.,Lead or contribute to the delivery of business initiatives by operationalizing and implementing solutions.,Communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.,Act as an influential leader, recognized for expertise and ability to mobilize stakeholders, manage change, and drive solution adoption.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in data management, analytics, computer science, statistics, or a relevant field with seven years of relevant experience.,OR Master's degree in a related field with five years of relevant experience.,Experience in dashboard and report design, including data modeling, source identification, and data transformation.,Experience in project delivery and the use of agile methodologies.,Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (operations, project, IT teams).,Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Power BI.,Strong interest in financial markets or knowledge of financial products and processes.
