Senior Administrator ICS Cash Prep

Description

The Senior Administrator in the Investment Counsellor Services (ICS) Cash Preparation Group is responsible for the accurate and timely acceptance, validation, and preparation of client instructions before they are processed by Cash Processing Teams. The role involves proactive collaboration with other business units and client-facing teams to ensure positive client outcomes, servicing assigned accounts per client-specific procedures, and investigating instruction-related queries. The administrator must also ensure compliance with ICS segment requirements and RBCIS policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Ensure timely and accurate acceptance, validation, and preparation of client instructions for Cash Processing Teams.,Create, review, and update desk operating procedures; identify and resolve recurring problems.,Ensure compliance with all current policies and procedures, identifying and escalating process gaps that could increase risk.,Complete second-level reviews on identified processes and escalate issues to management promptly.,Develop an understanding of assigned clients and their unique requirements, processes, and structures.,Ensure continuity of client service by providing colleagues with ongoing cross-training on accounts and bespoke processes.,Share knowledge with team members to assist in resolving complex problems.,Contribute to departmental success by supporting other team members in meeting daily deliverables.,Validate client instructions against ICS segment specific processes and procedures, escalating any instructions that fall out of normal scope.

Ideal Candidate

Strong working knowledge/experience in the financial services industry, specifically in custody and ICS client segment.,Proficiency in MS Office, including experience using and creating Excel macros.,Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.,Proven client service skills.,Issues escalation and resolution skills.,Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.,Solid organizational and time management skills.,Detail-oriented.,Nice-to-have: Knowledge of RBCIS internal systems, platforms such as TRUST, etc.,Nice-to-have: Experience in the financial industry.
