Description

This role involves supporting a global operational processing center that serves 10 countries across three time zones, aiming for efficiency and enhanced service quality. The Senior Administrator will act as a deputy supervisor for data management, monitoring and controlling team operations to ensure smooth functioning. The position requires identifying process efficiencies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and resolving requests related to securities setup and data correction.

What We're Looking For

Act as deputy for the supervisor of data management and monitor/control team operations.,Provide support and expert cover for administrators' processing/responsibilities.,Identify efficiencies and make enhancements to processes and procedures.,Ensure accurate daily completion/authorization of all tasks on Data Management checklists.,Set up all securities accurately within agreed time constraints, prioritizing urgent requests.,Establish, verify, and accurately input prices, ensuring optimal holdings on supported pricing SEDOLs.,Ensure satisfactory resolution of all requests.,Assist in monitoring/correction of all security static data and nominal transaction posting affecting valuations.,Proactive correction of all Milvus and AAA data that affects valuations.,Ensure accurate daily synchronization of databases with ICE, monitoring data accuracy, and maintaining/resolving ICE error logs.

Ideal Candidate

Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (preferred).,Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Securities Industry with a good understanding of other operational areas.,Systems literate with good keyboard skills.,Thorough and methodical approach to accurate data processing.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with Milvus & Bloomberg.

Special Commitments

Working hours from 3pm-12am or 4pm-1am (evening/night shifts); supporting operations for 10 countries across three geographical time zones, particularly the Channel Islands region.
