This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to a Divisional Head and their leadership team. The position is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the division by managing complex workflows, coordinating executive activities, and acting as a professional liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and synchronize complex executive calendars and schedules,Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel logistics,Prepare, proofread, and format executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence,Organize and facilitate large-scale meetings, town halls, and departmental events,Manage expense reporting and invoice processing through corporate systems,Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion,Act as the primary point of contact for the division, screening calls and managing inquiries
Significant experience supporting senior-level executives (VP or above) in a corporate environment,Strong proficiency in corporate software and digital collaboration tools,Proven track record of managing competing priorities under tight deadlines
