Description
This role is for an experienced Senior Accountant in the Audit & Assurance practice, focusing on delivering high-quality audit work for public and private organizations. The position encourages critical thinking, continuous learning, and teamwork, specifically seeking international candidates to join KPMG Canada's Ontario and Atlantic region offices. Successful candidates will help build trust and transparency while integrating into a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
What We're Looking For
Apply KPMG's audit and accounting practices and methodologies on client engagements,Conduct external financial statement audits for both public and private companies,Leadership of field engagement teams as well as coaching and mentoring junior staff members,Perform analysis of complex accounting issues,Perform financial and systems analysis,Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree required,4+ years post graduate experience in external audits of publicly listed entities or privately owned businesses,Internationally recognized professional accounting designation an asset,Experience with IFRS, US GAAP and/or PCAOB
