Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Payments Sales Team in Europe. This role involves selling Lightspeed's integrated payment solution, Lightspeed Payments, to existing customers. The company has continuously invested in and expanded Lightspeed Payments since 2019, and is now focusing on extending these offerings to its current merchant base. This is an on-site position located in Berlin, Germany.
Generate opportunities within the existing customer base, utilizing warm leads from Account Managers, SDR-sourced leads, phone and email outreach, and follow-ups on company-led campaigns.,Effectively guide prospects through the defined sales process from qualification to close.,Lead presentations and conduct price negotiations.,Collaborate with the onboarding team to support merchants from application to going live.,Act as a Payment expert, providing advice and coaching to other teams.,Provide product-related feedback to product teams and contribute to new product launches.,Document all activities in Salesforce.com.,Undertake additional tasks as defined by management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the payment sector.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a closing role within a solution or technology sales environment.,Proven experience in developing own opportunities.,Demonstrated success in a revenue-based environment.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.,Passion for people and technology.
