The SDR Operations Manager at Nuvei is responsible for optimizing marketing workflows, lead management processes, and campaign effectiveness, primarily using the HubSpot CRM platform. Administer and maintain key SDR operational tools including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Nooks to ensure data integrity, seamless integrations, and optimal performance.,Create, update, and optimize SDR workflows, lead scoring models, sequencing logic, and automation processes to enhance prospecting efficiency and conversion.,Develop and manage lead enrichment, routing, and segmentation processes to provide high-quality prospect data.,Collaborate with Marketing, ABM, Events, and Content teams to streamline lead handoff and improve funnel hygiene.,Identify and implement SDR process improvements across systems and outreach workflows.,Monitor and report on SDR performance metrics, tool utilization, and pipeline contribution.,Partner with SDR leadership to accurately capture, analyze, and leverage lead data, insights, call intelligence, and activity metrics.,Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement to SDRs and Marketing team members on best practices across relevant tools.,Serve as the primary point of contact for SDR-related tooling issues, system improvements, troubleshooting, and cross-team operational alignment.
