This role involves managing a fast-growing SDR team focused on generating sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts, and contributing to the expansion of the company's global presence. What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.,2+ years of experience leading high-performing SDR teams or SaaS sales with consistent target overachievement.,Proven ability to scale teams and processes in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.,Strong strategic and analytical mindset, utilizing data to drive performance and pipeline impact.,Operational excellence across Salesforce, forecasting, and performance metrics.,Passion for sales innovation, including AI-enabled tools and experimentation.,Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent into future leaders.,Excellent cross-functional influence and relationship-building skills.,Ambitious, self-starting, and motivated for senior leadership growth.
