Description

The SDR Manager will join Nuvei's fast-growing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The primary mission is to accelerate the distribution of Nuvei's products, with a specific focus on the EMEA market, by leading a team dedicated to identifying new outbound opportunities and qualifying inbound leads.

What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.,2+ years of experience leading high-performing SDR teams or SaaS sales experience with consistent target overachievement.,Proven ability to scale teams and processes within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.,Strong strategic and analytical mindset, utilizing data to drive performance and pipeline impact.,Operational excellence across Salesforce, forecasting, and performance metrics.,Passion for sales innovation, including AI-enabled tools and experimentation.,Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent into future leaders.,Excellent cross-functional influence and relationship-building skills.,Ambitious, self-starting, and motivated to grow into senior leadership.
