As part of the HR Systems team, this role focuses on providing high-level functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors, specifically targeting the Employee Central and Compensation modules. The specialist acts as a bridge between technical infrastructure and business needs, ensuring system stability, resolving complex user issues, and assisting in the continuous improvement of HR technology tools.
Provide end-to-end support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors modules,Manage and resolve incident tickets within defined service level agreements,Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify system pain points and implement solutions,Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical glitches,Assist in the testing and deployment of system updates and new features,Maintain data integrity and system documentation
Extensive experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors environments,Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows,Proven track record in a technical support or system administrator role,Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
