Description

This role is an integral part of the Global Sales & Relationship Management (GSRM) business within Global Markets. The Sales Business Management team focuses on sales/client strategy, business planning, control & governance, change management, and business execution. The team aims to provide best-in-class sales business management services in a collaborative, creative, and innovative environment.

What We're Looking For

Support the existing Sales Business Management team across Control & Governance and Business Execution functions.,Handle Know Your Client Administration, ensuring client compliance with internal and external requirements.,Perform Sales Platform Optimization, including monthly analysis of low-performing clients.,Manage Sales people CV split rules and Team CV Split Maintenance.,Conduct Sales Administration, ensuring correct mapping of desk, products, and trades to sales people.,Validate primary and secondary sales coverage for Global Sales.,Maintain a Deal Highlight Repository for GSRM business activities.,Ensure GM Sales Org Charts are up to date.,Compile weekly commentaries on client performance.,Provide Ad Hoc Sales Business Management support.,Training on relevant RBC systems will be provided.,Passion for data and analytics.,Positive attitude and collaborative work approach.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; agile and flexible.,Strong written & verbal communication skills.,Ability to manage multiple priorities.,Ambition & drive; looks for ways to improve and thinks outside the box.,Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to query, organize and structure large amounts of data.
