Responsible for overseeing and developing relationships with major accounts clients, acting as the primary contact, and managing governance and compliance functions. The role involves developing and delivering customized solutions to drive growth, deepen long-term relationships, and identify and close sales opportunities for TD Auto Finance. The candidate will manage the overall client experience, ensure accurate product and service presentation, and forecast business results to create strategic direction for profitable relationships.
Manage the overall client experience.,Execute business relationships to enhance enterprise profitability and footprint of TD Auto Finance.,Ensure all products and services are accurately presented and delivered.,Forecast business results and create strategic direction for profitable and sustainable relationships.,Oversee and develop assigned Major Accounts clients.,Provide primary point of contact for corporate offices.,Oversee minor Governance and Compliance functions.,Interact with TDAF Regional Field organizations on Major Account activities.,Develop and deliver customized solutions that drive growth, relevance, and deepen long-term relationships with key Strategic Partners.,Leverage networks, leads, and analysis to identify and close sales opportunities for TD Auto Finance.,Manage relationships with auto dealers in an assigned territory for all TD products (Retail, Commercial, Remarketing).,Monitor dealer performance through daily reports.
4-year degree or equivalent experience.,5+ years related experience.,Extensive knowledge of various dealer finance and indirect consumer lending products and services and credit decisions.,Proven sales track record, including history of successfully attracting new Customers.,Account management skills, including ability to build strong and lasting business relationships.,Refined negotiation skills.,Demonstrates ability to work in teams to contribute to sound lending decisions.,Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.,Excellent PC skills.
