Lightspeed is seeking a highly motivated bilingual Sales Development Representative to join their hospitality sales team in Ghent. This role involves being the initial contact for potential customers, qualifying leads generated by marketing through phone and email, and ensuring a positive customer experience to drive revenue growth. The representative will manage various lead sources, update the customer database using Salesforce, and collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to achieve sales targets.
Drive new business growth by qualifying inbound leads from marketing sources (webinars, trials, quote/demo requests) primarily through telephone and email communication.,Create a great first impression for prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience.,Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions would be a good fit.,Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals at a given time.,Manage existing customer database using Salesforce, to ensure all communications are logged and identified.,Work with the Sales Development Manager to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Hospitality, Sales, or customer-facing experience.,Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other).,Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must.,Experience working in the restaurant industry (preferred, but not required).
