The Sales Business Development Manager, Private Client Advice (PCA) at TD Insurance is responsible for attracting, acquiring, and retaining high net worth clients through various channels. This role involves developing comprehensive insurance plans, identifying referral opportunities with TD partners, and maintaining client relationships with an underwriting focus for profitability. It requires a growth mindset, solution-oriented approach, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional client service.

What We're Looking For

Attract, acquire, and retain high net worth clientele.,Conduct in-depth discovery of client assets, financial goals, risk tolerance, and create comprehensive Insurance Plans.,Identify referral opportunities and work with TD partners.,Work collaboratively with various TD partners (Product, Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, high net worth inspectors).,Retain and service own book of business.,Establish and maintain a solid network with TD Wealth to build a pipeline of prospects.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of TDI policies and procedures, and industry trends.,Represent TDI and TDBG professionally.,Participate in local community and support TDI initiatives.,Develop and lead the execution of Business Insurance Business Development Strategy.,Accountable for amplifying the TD Insurance brand and the growth of businesses GWP portfolios.,Assist in developing a best-in-class distribution model.,Support driving new opportunities for PCA growth through new distribution channels.,Lead analysis for strategic recommendations for HNW/UHNW categories.,Support PCA Segmentation development.,Lead discussions with PCA leadership and stakeholders.,Collaborate with leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.,Support the 5-year strategy for PCA.

Ideal Candidate

OTL license is required.,5+ years experience working in insurance sales.,Experience working in a commission-based sales role (strong asset).,Previous experience managing high net worth clients (strong asset).
