The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating strong fashion knowledge, understanding product details, and building lasting customer relationships.
Provide exemplary customer service according to Laura Canada standards. Drive sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting additional items. Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills, staying updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise location, and fashion trends. Develop customer relationships using Laura Canada’s Clientele Development tools. Promote the company website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives. Accurately and efficiently execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures (sales, refunds, Ship to Home, etc.). Maintain Laura Canada's visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards. Complete administrative functions accurately and timely. Support store initiatives as directed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures (Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources). Experience in a retail environment preferred.
