Sales Associate

Provide exemplary customer service according to Laura Canada standards.,Drive sales by assessing customer needs and suggesting additional items.,Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills by staying updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise location, and fashion trends.,Develop customer relationships using Laura Canada's Clientele Development tools.,Promote the company website, CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives.,Accurately and efficiently execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures (sales, refunds, Ship to Home).,Maintain visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.,Complete all assigned administrative functions accurately and in a timely manner.,Support store initiatives as directed.,Adhere to all new and existing Company policies and procedures (e.g., Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).
