The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, possessing strong fashion knowledge, understanding product details, and building lasting customer relationships. They drive sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting additional items, while also promoting the company's website, CRM, loyalty programs, and marketing events. Accurate and efficient execution of all Point of Sale (POS) procedures, including sales and refunds, is also a key responsibility. The role involves maintaining visual presentation, housekeeping, and health and safety standards, completing administrative tasks accurately, supporting store initiatives, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
