Sales Associate

Provide exemplary customer service by adhering to Laura Canada's service standards.,Drive sales by understanding unique customer needs and suggesting additional items.,Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills, staying current on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise location, and fashion trends.,Effectively develop customer relationships using Laura Canada’s Clientele Development tools.,Promote the company's website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives/events.,Accurately and efficiently execute all Point of Sale (P.O.S.) procedures, including sales, refunds, and Ship to Home.,Consistently maintain Laura Canada’s visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.,Complete all assigned administrative functions accurately and timely.,Support store initiatives as directed.,Adhere to all new and existing Company policies and procedures (e.g., Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).

Experience in a retail environment preferred.
