The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing strong fashion knowledge to assist customers with product selection and wardrobing, and building lasting customer relationships. They are also expected to process sales accurately and maintain store visual standards.

What We're Looking For

Provide exemplary customer service by following Laura Canada service standards.,Drive sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting additional items.,Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills and stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and fashion trends.,Develop customer relationships using Laura Canada's Clientele Development tools.,Promote the website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives.,Execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures accurately and efficiently (sales, refunds, Ship to Home).,Maintain Laura Canada's visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.,Complete all assigned administrative functions accurately and in a timely manner.,Support store initiatives as directed.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures (Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).,Flexible to the hours of the business; minimum of 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift).,Participate in inventory twice per year, all training sessions, and staff meetings.
