Description
The Laura Canada Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating strong fashion knowledge, understanding product details, and building lasting customer relationships. They also drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting company initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Provides exemplary customer service by following Laura Canada service standards.
Drives sales by assessing unique customer needs and adding on products.
Demonstrates strong wardrobing skills, staying current on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise location, and fashion trends.
Develops customer relationships using Laura Canada’s Clientele Development tools.
Promotes the website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives/events.
Executes all Point of Sale (P.O.S.) procedures accurately and efficiently (e.g., sales, refunds, Ship to Home).
Consistently maintains visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.
Completes all assigned administrative functions accurately and timely.
Supports store initiatives as directed.
Adheres to all Company policies and procedures (e.g., Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).
Ideal Candidate
Experience in a retail environment preferred

Flexible business hours, minimum 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift)
