Provide exemplary customer service according to Laura Canada's standards.,Drive sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting additional items.,Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills, staying updated on products, new arrivals, and fashion trends.,Develop customer relationships using Clientele Development tools.,Promote company website, CRM, loyalty programs, and marketing initiatives.,Execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures accurately (sales, refunds, Ship to Home).,Maintain visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.,Complete administrative functions accurately and on time.,Support store initiatives.,Adhere to all Company policies and procedures (Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).

Flexible to the hours of the business; Minimum of 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift).
