The Laura Canada Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and building lasting customer relationships. This role involves utilizing fashion awareness and product knowledge to meet customer needs and promoting company programs and initiatives. Additionally, the associate maintains store presentation and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Provide exemplary customer service according to Laura Canada's standards,Drive sales by assessing customer needs and suggesting additional items,Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills and stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise location, and fashion trends,Develop customer relationships using Clientele Development tools,Promote the company website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing events,Accurately and efficiently execute all Point of Sale (P.O.S.) procedures (e.g., sales, refunds, Ship to Home),Consistently maintain visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards,Complete assigned administrative functions accurately and timely,Support store initiatives as directed,Adhere to all Company policies and procedures (e.g., Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources)
Experience in a retail environment preferred
Flexible to the hours of the business, minimum of 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift)
Must participate in inventory twice per year,Must participate in all training sessions and staff meetings
