Provide exemplary customer service according to Laura Canada's standards.,Drive sales by assessing unique customer needs and suggesting additional items.,Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, new arrivals, and fashion trends.,Develop customer relationships using Clientele Development tools.,Promote the company website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing events.,Execute all POS (Point of Sale) procedures accurately and efficiently.,Consistently maintain Laura Canada's visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.,Complete all assigned administrative functions accurately and in a timely manner.,Support store initiatives as directed.,Adhere to all new and existing Company policies and procedures (e.g., Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).,Contribute to and achieve the store's sales targets.,Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping, and transferring orders.,Ensure a neat appearance of the store.

Must participate in inventory twice per year, all training sessions, and staff meetings.
