Description

The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales by understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships. This role involves developing a personalized wardrobe for clients, maintaining visual standards, and supporting store initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Provide exemplary customer service according to Laura Canada service standards.

Drive sales by assessing customer needs and adding on products.

Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills by staying updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise location, and fashion trends.

Develop customer relationships using Clientele Development tools.

Promote the website, store CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives.

Accurately and efficiently execute all Point of Sale (P.O.S.) procedures (sales, refunds, Ship to Home, etc.).

Maintain Laura Canada's visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.

Complete all assigned administrative functions accurately and timely.

Support store initiatives.

Adhere to all Company policies and procedures (Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).

Ideal Candidate

Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Work Hours

Special Commitments

Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings. Works in a standing/walking position. Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, as required. Uses ladders as required.
