Sales Associate
Description
The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales by understanding customer needs, and building lasting relationships. This role involves using strong fashion knowledge and wardrobing skills, promoting company initiatives, and accurately handling Point of Sale (POS) transactions. Additionally, the associate maintains visual standards, cleanliness, and safety within the store.

Special Commitments
Must participate in inventory twice per year, all training sessions, and staff meetings. Requires working in a standing/walking position, lifting approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, and using ladders as required.
