The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, increasing sales by understanding customer needs, demonstrating expertise in styling (wardrobing), fostering customer relationships, and promoting company initiatives such as the website, CRM, loyalty programs, and marketing events. They are also expected to accurately and efficiently handle Point of Sale (POS) procedures, including sales, refunds, and ship-to-home orders.
