Description

The Sales Associate at Laura Canada is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales by understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships. This role involves developing strong wardrobing skills, promoting company initiatives, and accurately executing point-of-sale procedures. Additionally, the associate contributes to maintaining visual presentation, housekeeping, and health and safety standards, and performs administrative tasks.

Work Hours

Flexible hours, minimum 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift)

Special Commitments

Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings. Works in a standing/walking position. Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, as required. Uses ladders as required.
