Join the Laura Canada team as a Sales Associate. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing strong fashion knowledge to drive sales, building lasting client relationships, and executing point-of-sale procedures accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining visual standards, housekeeping, and adhering to company policies.

What We're Looking For

Provide exemplary customer service following Laura Canada standards.,Drive sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting additional items.,Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills by staying updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise location, and fashion trends.,Develop customer relationships using Laura Canada’s Clientele Development tools.,Promote the company website, CRM, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives.,Accurately and efficiently execute all Point of Sale (P.O.S.) procedures (sales, refunds, Ship to Home, etc.).,Maintain Laura Canada’s visual presentation, housekeeping, and Health and Safety standards.,Complete all assigned administrative functions accurately and in a timely manner.,Support store initiatives as directed.,Adhere to all new and existing Company policies and procedures (Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Human Resources).

Ideal Candidate

Work Hours

Flexible to the hours of the business, Minimum of 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift)

Special Commitments

Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings. Works in a standing/walking position. Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, as required. Uses ladders as required.
