Description
Mandy's Gourmet Salads is seeking a Salad Artist for their Crescent location. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a vibrant team focused on health, wellness, and exceptional guest experiences. The position requires preparing and maintaining quality standards for salad orders, providing high-volume service, dishwashing, kitchen maintenance, and ensuring hygiene and safety. Team members are encouraged to be well-rounded and may be cross-trained in different positions.
What We're Looking For
Preparing and maintaining quality standards and consistency with every salad order,Providing high-volume service during busy hours,Dishwashing and participating in the general maintenance of the kitchen,Preparing work station with ingredients, wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables,Cleaning and filling out deep cleaning checklists,Maintain hygiene and safety standards,All other related tasks
Ideal Candidate
French required,People and customer service oriented,Naturally smiley, energetic and motivated,Ability to work effectively during busy periods,Ability to work under pressure,Ability to work standing for long periods,Previous kitchen and/or restaurant experience is an asset
