Mandy's Gourmet Salads is seeking a Salad Artist for its Ossington location. This role involves working in a vibrant, health and wellness-focused restaurant that prioritizes creating sensational customer experiences and fostering a positive team environment. The position requires a self-starter who values collaboration, healthy living, and making a positive impact. Team members are encouraged to be versatile and will be cross-trained across different positions to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
What We're Looking For
Prepare and maintain quality and consistency for all salad orders,Provide high-volume service during busy periods,Perform dishwashing and general kitchen maintenance,Prepare work stations, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables,Clean and complete deep cleaning checklists,Maintain hygiene and safety standards,Exhibit a people and customer service-oriented approach,Be naturally smiley, energetic, and motivated,Ability to work effectively during busy periods and under pressure,Ability to work standing for long periods

Previous kitchen and/or restaurant experience is an asset
