This role involves identifying revenue potential, creating data-driven account plans for retention, expansion, and product adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. The position is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model and requires fluent German language skills.
Strategic portfolio development with focus on expansion, retention, renewals, and value creation.,Proactively identify cross- and upselling potential based on usage data, business goals, and market trends.,Utilize CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, ChurnZero) for data-driven decisions and recommendations.,Conduct business reviews, build executive alignment, and develop tailored success plans.,Act as the interface between customers and internal teams (Sales, Implementation, Support & Product).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative sales.,Proven success in increasing revenue within existing customer base (upselling, expansion, renewals, churn reduction).,Independent, proactive work style with a strong ownership mindset.,Ability to communicate and convey value to management and C-level stakeholders.,Analytical thinking and experience with CRM, BI, and Customer Engagement tools.
