The Enterprise Risk Management department aims to minimize loss across people, brand, and operations. This Risk Associate position focuses on merchandise security, assisting the Store team in providing excellent customer service within a secure environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe workplace and minimizing financial, informational, physical, and merchandise loss through internal and external channels. The role also involves coaching the team on inventory accuracy.

Ideal Candidate
1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk,Retail experience is an asset,Post-secondary education in a related field
