The Enterprise Risk Management department aims to minimize loss while prioritizing people, brand, and operations. This role, specifically the Risk Associate, supports the store team in providing excellent customer service and fostering a safe environment, with a particular focus on merchandise security.
What We're Looking For
Support a safe and secure working environment,Minimize merchandise loss from all internal and external avenues,Champion and coach the store team on the importance of inventory accuracy,Safeguard the loss of financial, information and physical assets
Ideal Candidate
1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk,Retail experience is an asset,Post-secondary education in a related field
