Description
The Enterprise Risk Management department aims to minimize losses while prioritizing people, brand, and operations. This role, focusing on merchandise security, involves supporting the Boutique team to ensure an excellent customer experience within a safe and secure store environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining a secure workplace, reducing merchandise loss, educating the store team on inventory accuracy, and protecting financial, informational, and physical assets.

Ideal Candidate
1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk,Retail experience is an asset,Post-secondary education in a related field
