This role at RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) involves supporting the Operations and Finance teams, with a primary focus on the PH&N Institutional billing and revenue cycle, alongside accounting functions such as reconciliations and analysis. The analyst will maintain client records and prepare invoices for the Institutional client business using Excel and Broadridge's Revport platform, based on client agreements and internal timelines. They will act as the primary contact for billing inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders, perform quarterly revenue analysis, and monthly accrual of Institutional accounts. Responsibilities also include reviewing receivables, applying redemption payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining documentation for audit queries. The role requires collaboration with various RBC GAM teams to streamline processes and build efficiencies, along with supporting day-to-day tasks and ad hoc reporting and financial analysis.
