Description
The Risk Associate supports the Store team by minimizing loss and maintaining a safe and secure environment, with a primary focus on merchandise security, within Aritzia's Enterprise Risk Management department.
What We're Looking For
Support a safe and secure working environment, minimize merchandise loss from all avenues, champion and coach the store team on inventory accuracy, and safeguard financial, information, and physical assets.
Ideal Candidate
1+ year of experience in Loss Prevention/Risk. Retail experience is considered an asset. Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
