Description
The Enterprise Risk Management department aims to minimize loss across people, brand, and operations. This role, with a special focus on merchandise security, supports the store team in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring a safe and secure store environment.
What We're Looking For
Support a safe and secure working environment; Minimize merchandise loss from all internal and external avenues; Champion and coach the store team on the importance of inventory accuracy; Safeguard financial, information, and physical assets.
Ideal Candidate
1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk; Retail experience is an asset; Post-secondary education in a related field.
