The Enterprise Risk Management department aims to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. The Risk Associate supports the store team in ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, focusing on merchandise security and minimizing various forms of loss while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Support a safe and secure working environment,Minimize the loss of merchandise from all internal and external avenues,Champion and coach the store team on the importance of inventory accuracy,Safeguard the loss of financial, information and physical assets,Take industry leading measures to protect people, clients, and communities
Ideal Candidate
1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk,Retail experience is an asset,Post-secondary education in a related field,A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Business and People Leadership principles,A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business,An understanding of Aritzia's brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences,Skills that are an asset to perform in the role and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
