Aritzia is seeking an Inventory Manager for its Retail Inventory Management team. This role involves overseeing the movement and strategic placement of merchandise within the store, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining product display standards. The manager will also contribute to overall retail operations, including fitting room management and technology support, all while leading and developing their team to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments.,Strategically place product in the back room and ensure even distribution.,Uphold standards of product display according to merchandising plans.,Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.,Support all aspects of retail space operations, including window installations, fitting rooms, supplies, equipment, and technology.,Support business objectives by managing team performance and development.
