This role involves acting as a customer liaison to provide financial expertise and advice on personal banking solutions. The Retail Banker II Float contributes to achieving business objectives by identifying relevant TD products and services that help customers reach their financial goals and deepen their relationship with TD. A key aspect of this position is the ability to work across multiple locations, adapting to diverse settings and contexts.

What We're Looking For

Serve as a subject matter expert on TD's products, services, policies, and procedures for both customers and colleagues, particularly in personal and business banking.,Possess a comprehensive understanding of the full product suite and processes within the business area.,Recommend products based on customer needs, highlighting features and benefits.,Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for proactive customer assessments and focused outbound sales.,Address issues and problems using established practices and precedents.,Develop strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.,Engage in customer outreach, service, and advisory activities.,Discuss loan products with customers and assist with application intake.,Maintain active NMLS registration.,Deliver a superior customer experience by building trust and providing sound advice.,Understand and uphold the Bank's Customer Service Strategy.,Advocate for customers, providing resolutions and insights.,Consistently apply behaviors that ensure a positive customer interaction.,Nurture customer relationships through product knowledge and active listening.,Use CRM tools to gather information and build customer insights.,Lead lobby activities, welcoming and guiding customers.,Educate customers on self-service banking options.,Potentially handle customer escalations.,May perform teller transactions, focusing on fraud mitigation and operational policies.,Enhance customer financial confidence through knowledge sharing.,Promote TD's complete range of products and services.,Comply with operating policies and procedures.,Ensure accurate and timely completion of business processes.,Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions.,Verify documentation accuracy and adherence to regulations.,Adhere to the Bank's Code of Conduct.,Contribute to operational excellence by understanding and performing responsibilities.,Follow all Risk and Control Policies and Procedures.,Act as a collaborative team member, fostering a positive work environment and sharing knowledge.,Engage in personal development and performance management.,Communicate project status and relevant information effectively.,Support a fair, positive, and diverse workplace.,Represent the Bank as a brand ambassador.,Incorporate coaching feedback for improved performance.,Build relationships with partner bankers for effective referrals.,Actively seek to improve work quality.,Take ownership of career development.,Be open to change.,Adhere to TD's Shared Commitments.,Contribute to an inclusive culture.

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma or GED required; a 2-year degree is preferred.,Minimum of 2 years of related experience.,Teller experience is preferred.,Must be cross-trained to handle customer transactions.,Possess agility, teamwork, and adaptability to various locations and environments.,Notary License is preferred.,Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z.,Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS.,Satisfactory criminal background and credit report checks are required.,Must provide statements/certification regarding any administrative, civil, or criminal findings by government agencies.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
