The Retail Banker II Float serves as a vital customer liaison at TD Bank, utilizing financial expertise to advise customers on personal banking solutions. This role is crucial for achieving business objectives by identifying appropriate TD solutions that help customers meet their financial goals and enhance their relationship with the bank. The position requires working across multiple locations and involves engaging with customers on various financial topics, including loan products and self-service options, while upholding TD's brand promise of an unexpectedly human experience.

What We're Looking For

Act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues on TD products, services, policies, and procedures, especially for personal and business banking.,Make product recommendations based on customer needs.,Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools for customer assessments and lead outbound sales activities.,Evaluate and resolve issues, errors, and problems based on established practices.,Build working relationships with customers and internal teams.,Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities.,Engage in conversations about loan products and facilitate application intake.,Deliver a legendary customer experience by building relationships and providing service and advice.,Serve as a customer advocate for resolutions and provide proactive tips and insights.,Establish and nurture customer relationships by demonstrating product knowledge and actively listening.,Engage in lobby leadership to orchestrate customer flow and guide customers.,Educate customers on self-service banking options.,May perform teller transactions (check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals) while monitoring for fraud.,Promote TD's full suite of products, sales, services, and banking capabilities.,Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.,Ensure timely and accurate completion of business processes and documentation.,Comply with Bank Code of Conduct.,Contribute to operational excellence and adhere to Risk and Control Policies and Procedures.,Participate as a team member, support a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication.,Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise, and participate in knowledge transfer.,Keep others informed about project status and day-to-day activities.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment.,Act as a brand ambassador.,Utilize coaching feedback to improve performance.,Establish relationships with partner bankers for effective referrals.,Actively seek opportunities to improve work delivery with high quality standards.,Take ownership of career development and embrace change.

Ideal Candidate

HS Diploma or GED required; 2 year degree preferred.,2+ years of related experience required.,Teller experience (Preferred).,Cross-trained to take customer transactions.,Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).,Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under the standards established by Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act.,Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS.,Notary License (Preferred).

Minimum Education
