The Retail Banker II Float contributes to business growth by identifying suitable TD solutions to help customers achieve financial goals and optimize their relationship with the bank. What We're Looking For

Act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues on TD products, services, policies, and procedures, particularly in personal and business banking.,Make product recommendations based on customer needs.,Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools for proactive customer assessments and outbound sales activities.,Evaluate issues, errors, and problems based on practices and precedents.,Build working relationships with customers and internal teams.,Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities.,Engage in conversations about loan products and facilitate application intake.,Deliver a "Legendary Experience" by building relationships and providing service and advice.,Understand and support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy.,Serve as a customer advocate for resolution, tips, and insights.,Establish and nurture customer relationships by displaying product knowledge and actively listening.,Engage in lobby leadership, orchestrating customer flow and guiding customers.,Educate customers on self-service options.,Potentially perform teller transactions (check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals) while monitoring fraud.,Promote TD's full suite of products, sales, services, and banking capabilities.,Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.,Ensure timely and accurate completion of business processes and documentation.,Comply with Bank Code of Conduct.,Contribute to operational excellence and adhere to Risk and Control Policies.,Participate as a team member, supporting a positive work environment and knowledge transfer.,Engage in personal performance management and development.,Keep others informed about project status and daily activities.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment.,Act as a brand ambassador.,Utilize feedback for performance improvement.,Establish relationships with partner bankers for effective referrals.,Collaborate with team members.,Actively seek opportunities to improve work delivery.,Take ownership of career development.,Embrace change.,Adhere to TD's Shared Commitments and code of conduct.,Engage in advancing an inclusive culture.

Ideal Candidate

HS Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.,2+ years of related experience required.,Teller experience (preferred).,Cross-trained to take customer transactions.,Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS.,Notary License (Preferred).

Special Commitments
