The Retail Banker II Float serves as a customer liaison, delivering TD's brand promise by providing financial expertise and advice on personal banking solutions. This role contributes to business growth by identifying suitable TD solutions to help customers achieve financial goals and optimize their relationship with the bank. The position requires working across multiple locations and acting as a subject matter expert for both customers and colleagues on all TD products, services, policies, and procedures, particularly in personal and business banking. It involves broad knowledge of the product suite and business processes, often dealing with moderate complexity and risk.
