Description
The Retail Banker II Float serves as a customer liaison, delivering TD's brand promise by providing financial expertise and advice on personal banking solutions. This role contributes to business growth by identifying suitable TD solutions to help customers achieve financial goals and optimize their relationship with the bank. The position requires working across multiple locations and acting as a subject matter expert for both customers and colleagues on all TD products, services, policies, and procedures, particularly in personal and business banking. It involves broad knowledge of the product suite and business processes, often dealing with moderate complexity and risk.
What We're Looking For
Deliver a legendary customer experience by building relationships and offering service and advice to TD customers.,Understand and support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy, providing end-to-end advice including educational content, consultative support, and proactive insights.,Serve as a customer advocate, offering resolution, proactive tips, and insights on saving time and money.,Accountable for working in multiple locations and adapting to different contexts and settings.,Must be able to do same-day travel to multiple work locations within a designated region or area.,Cross-trained to take customer transactions.
Ideal Candidate
HS Diploma or GED required,2-year degree preferred,2+ years of related experience required,Teller experience (Preferred)
